Coffee punch

  • 10cl strong coffee, cold
  • 10cl shrubb **
  • 5cl sugar cane syrup
  • 10cl whipped cream
  • grated dark chocolate


Mix the coffee with the shrubb and sugar cane syrup.
Pour into 4 chilled glasses and top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Serves 4.

** A macerated orange liqueur from the Caribbean, served during Christmas season.
Cointreau is a possible substitute.
